8 days tour Northern Morocco : from Casablanca to marrakech
Day 1 - Casablanca.
Welcome to Casablanca! We'll greet you at the airport or hotel whenever you arrive. After checking into your rooms and having some rest, you have the option to visit the Hassan II Mosque, stroll along the Corniche, or explore Mohammed V Square. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 - Casablanca to chafchouen.
After breakfast, we'll meet you in the lobby to start our journey. We'll begin by visiting the Hassan II Mosque to admire its beautiful architecture. Then, we'll drive to Rabat, Morocco's capital, to visit a stunning kasbah and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V before having lunch. Afterward, we'll drive straight to Chefchaouen, enjoying the scenic farm fields and crossing the magical Rif Mountains. Check into our hotel in Chefchaouen for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 - explore the bleu city.
After breakfast, we'll take a brief orientation walk around the Medina. You'll then have free time to explore Chefchaouen on your own. We can also suggest optional activities, such as a half-day excursion to the beautiful Akchour Valley or a hike around the charming villages near Chefchaouen, including a tea break with locals. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 - chafchouaen ta fez.
After breakfast, we'll drive through the Rif Mountains, stopping at the stunning Roman ruins of Volubilis for a guided tour. After lunch, we'll continue to Fez. Check into your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5 - city tour of fes Medina.
Our day begins at 9 AM with a tour of the old Medina of Fez, guided by a local expert. We'll start by driving to a large square with seven golden gates to learn about Moroccan monarchy, then walk through one of the oldest and largest Jewish quarters in Morocco. We'll then drive to a viewpoint overlooking the Medina with views of the Rif and Atlas Mountains. Afterward, we'll visit a pottery village to learn about mosaics and zellige before walking through the oldest, car-free zone in the world, with over 9,000 alleyways. We'll stop for lunch, visit the oldest university in the world, explore a Quranic school, and see the ancient tanneries. Finally, we'll meet our driver to return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6 - fes to Marrakech.
After breakfast, we'll start our journey from Fez to Marrakech, enjoying colorful landscapes along the way. We'll have a couple of stops for lunch before arriving in Marrakech. Check into the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7 - exploring Marrakech.
After breakfast, we'll meet in the lobby to start a walking tour with a local guide. In the first half of the day, you'll learn about the history of Marrakech and visit a beautiful 14th-century Quranic school. You'll have free time in the afternoon to explore Marrakech on your own. In the evening, we can recommend a nice restaurant for your last dinner.
Day 8 - final day departure.
On your last day, we'll assist with your transfer to the airport or help you book extra days in Marrakech or other locations. It's time to say goodbye with our best wishes for your future travels.
